The Early Childhood Consulting Services, LLC dba “The Knowledge Seed” office located at 850 Insight Park Avenue, Suite 274, University, MS is seeking qualified early childhood substitute teaching staff to join our team to service the Lafayette county and surrounding county licensed early childhood providers. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable. Must be willing to maintain a current Pediatric CPR/AED & First Aid certification and attend ongoing early childhood professional development. A criminal record check and FBI background check to successfully obtain a letter of suitability with the Mississippi State Department of Health will be required, prior to job assignment.

• Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities
• Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to parents
• Assist in serving meals
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment

• Proven experience in this field is a plus
• Knowledge of social-emotional learning and best practices in early childhood education a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, bend and stand
• Ability to obtain CPR certification and pass background screening
