Counselor Education Clinic for Outreach and Personal Enrichment
Whether you are a student in need of support or passionate in advocating for mental health awareness, the Clinic for Outreach and Personal Enrichment (COPE) offers opportunities for anyone to access the resources they need. The COPE Clinic offers FREE mental health counseling services to members of the Oxford-Lafayette communities as well as the University of Mississippi campus and beyond. The COPE Clinic also offers Graduate Assistantships for Master's and Ph.D. students pursuing a degree in Counselor Education.

Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program
The Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program (METP) is a collaboration between the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and Mississippi State University (MSU) to attract top-performing students into the education profession with valuable full financial support and invaluable professional incentives. All students who enter the program make a five-year commitment to teach in Mississippi after graduation.

Mississippi Teacher Corps
The Mississippi Teacher Corps (MTC) is an alternate-route graduate program at the University of Mississippi that prepares participants to be classroom teachers (grades 7-12). Participants are placed in Mississippi public schools that are experiencing a teacher shortage.

Principal Corps
The Mississippi Principal Corps is a 13-month accelerated, comprehensive program for those candidates who are also pursuing either the M.Ed. or Ed.S. Students in the Online program have the opportunity to complete the program even quicker, of course the flexibility of the Online program will dictate the rate of completion.

World Class Teaching Program
The World Class Teaching Program (WCTP) at the University of Mississippi is assisting school systems and teachers in understanding what the National Board Certification is. WCTP also offers trainings, workshops, mentoring, and CEU opportunities for current teachers pursuing their National Board Certification. WCTP is here to help you achieve your goals as an educator.
