Magnolia Montessori School, located in Oxford, Mississippi, is seeking an Executive Director. We are a private, non-profit school established in 2009, currently enrolling under 100 children ages 14 months to 12 years. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, be an excellent communicator, skilled decision-maker and be able to create systems and processes to support the Montessori Method in our school and guide us toward AMI accreditation. The Executive Director will oversee budgets, manage faculty and administrative staff, communicate with parents, and work with the Board of Trustees to direct the growth of the school.
